Ukraine Prayer # 526

These past few weeks there have been massive missile attacks throughout Ukraine. The attacks on Kyiv have been unrelentless throughout the war. Our campus in Kyiv has been a mother training center for all of Eastern Europe. It’s a beautiful campus just a stone’s throw from the city center.
 
When the war started many of the staff left. A handful remained but were quickly joined by volunteers and many who then returned. Since then, the center has grown and they have resumed their previous ministries, especially training with our flagship school the Discipleship Training School.  Besides this, there are visiting teams, ministry camps for teens, and a huge humanitarian ministry that works out of the center.
 
Anya Schlegle, our leader in Kyiv recently wrote her concerns regarding her staff.
“Last night Kyiv was under attack - all night long. Our air defense works well, but very loud and stressful. But when it is a mass attack there is no way to get them all, and of course there is debris. We need to build a bunker for our Kyiv staff, please pray for release of funds for that.”
 
Because it is a training center, it is imperitive that they have a bunker for their staff and students.  Some funds have come in but we need to put this in the urgent category. Will you pray with us that funds will be released for this. $50,000 are needed. With what has come in and putting together other available funds, we have half of that amount. Can you pray that the rest will come in quickly. This is an urgent prayer request.
