Ira Kapitonova
Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven. Psalm 148:13 We saw some interesting statistics today. Apparently, Kyiv had its 1,000th air raid since February 24, 2022. It is not the worst result compared to other regions (between 3,000 and 4,000 air raids in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions). And Kyiv is very well protected by the air-defense systems. Kryvyi Rih wasn't as lucky today. An apartment building was hit, and it took the lives of 3 people and sent 44 to the hospital. Among the latter, there are three kids – a 4-year-old and two babies under the age of 1. The Sumy region is among those attacked most frequently. I've lost track of everything that's taking place there because there are several reports every day about explosions in the area. I know that even these reports confirm God’s faithfulness and mercy (because things could have been much worse), yet our hearts break with every air raid. Pray that lives would be spared in these bombing attacks. There have been so many miracles in missile interceptions and unexploded bombs. Pray that there will be many more miracles and that the bombing will cease. Al Akimoff and the Slavic Ministries Team Comments are closed.
