Ukraine Prayer # 425

In you our fathers trusted;
they trusted, and you delivered them.
To you they cried and were rescued;
in you they trusted and were not put to shame.

I don't know if that is global warming, but I can't deny that the weather in Ukraine this fall is a sign of God's mercy. We've had an average of 16°C (60 F) and above for the past few weeks. That's why it's hard to believe it's November. The weather forecast promises rain and a slight drop in temperature in the next week, but it doesn't look like it will get to freezing any time soon.

This warmth offers a bit of reprieve to us, civilians, who know Russia is waiting for colder weather to start its attacks on our energy system. I can't speak for the soldiers in the trenches, but I hope it's also a relief for them.
It's not just me rambling about weather. I believe that God’s hand can be seen in every aspect of our life, even if it takes some looking.

Can we join in prayer for God  to intervene in the weather. Praise God for the warmth that is extending into November and that it will continue into the rest of winter.
